These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of novarunway.store (the "Site"), operated by NovaRunway ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Service

The Site publishes editorial content about mobile applications, games and software, including reviews, comparisons, guides and news. The Site is free to access and supported by advertising.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable regulations
  • Scrape, crawl or harvest content at scale without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system
  • Introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code
  • Interfere with advertising delivery, including by generating invalid impressions or clicks
  • Reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial portions of our content without permission
  • Use our name, logo or branding in a way that implies endorsement without consent

4. Intellectual Property

All original text, layout, design, graphics and code on the Site are owned by NovaRunway or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except for brief quotation with attribution and a link.

App names, game titles, logos, screenshots, trademarks and related assets referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners. They are used for identification, commentary, criticism and review. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the rights holder. 5. User Submissions

If the Site allows comments or other submissions, you retain ownership of what you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce and distribute it in connection with the Site. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to anything you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or contain unlawful material.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The Site displays advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads are not editorial content and are not endorsements by us. We are not responsible for the products, services or claims of advertisers. The Site links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. See also our Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaRunway and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaRunway and its contributors from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — will survive.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of your jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at novarunway64@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
