DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
NovaRunway respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of novarunway.store to do the same. This policy explains our copyright position, how to report alleged infringement, and how to respond if you believe content was removed in error.
1. Our Content
All original articles, reviews, guides, layout, design and graphics on the Site are © NovaRunway 2026–present unless otherwise stated. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link, but you may not republish substantial portions without written permission.
2. Third-Party Content on the Site
We reference third-party apps, games and software, and may display app titles, logos, screenshots, and short quotations from store listings. We use these for identification, commentary, criticism and review, which we believe falls within fair use or fair dealing in the jurisdictions where we publish. We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property, and its appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
If you are a rights holder and object to a specific use, contact us — we will review and, where appropriate, remove or replace the material promptly.
3. Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown)
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact:
DMCA Agent — NovaRunway
Email: novarunway64@gmail.com
Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice"
To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — include the exact URL(s)
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification.
4. Our Response
On receipt of a valid notice, we will review the claim promptly, remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate, notify the party who posted the material (if identifiable), and keep a record of the notice and our action.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address, including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your contact details consenting to jurisdiction.
6. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are repeat infringers. If the Site permits user submissions, accounts associated with repeated valid takedown notices will be removed.
7. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting a false takedown notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including legal costs, under applicable law. Please make sure your claim is accurate before submitting.
8. Trademark Complaints
Trademark issues are not covered by the DMCA process. If you have a trademark concern — for example, about how a logo is used — email novarunway64@gmail.com with the subject "Trademark Concern" and we will review it separately.
